NYC Ferry was looking to re-vamp their kiosks into a more robust, styled user interface with a focused, innovative and practical user experience. Our goal was to create a guided experience for the user that was informative, interactive, and fun. The experience I developed allows users to self-select a path so the information given is more relevant to the audience. For commuters, the focus was on routes and schedules, whereas for tourists, the focus was on discovery of nearby places, attractions, and events.
